Coordinate facility enhancement projects, festive decorations and events through effective collaboration with various internal and external parties
Monitor the performance of service contractors / licensees / facilities / amenities through regular audits and workflow review according to the prescribed standards
Assist in contract administration and facilities management, including general administration support, tender preparations, budget monitoring or other facilities management related matters
Assist in handling complaint cases and passenger injury incidents from investigation through to mitigation and feedback to passengers
Assist in compilation of relevant statistical reports, budget plan, work plans and business presentation
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Property Management, Estate Management, Aviation Management, Surveying or related disciplines
1 to 3 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in property / estate management, license / contract management
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivation and proactivity
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good project management skills and able to meet tight deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
