ALTER VIM COMPANY LIMITED Is Looking For Technical Customer Support Officer at Bangkok Full Time

We are actively developing and investing in the Solar energy aElectric Vehicle (EV) businesses. Together with other future technology businesses, they will create a sustainable energy infrastructure and ecosystem to support the sustainable development of Thailand and the Asian market.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop PR and Solve the customer’s problems with EV Charging stations and ecosystem to make maximum customer satisfaction and align with company strategies. (6 months contract role but can be converted to a full-time position based on performance)

Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media and publications e.g. brochures, videos, posts, etc.
• Response promptly to customer inquiries
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Monitor, identify and resolve the day-to-day problems for EV charging station
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Record the feedback and customer complaints/requests and coordinate between Call Center, App developer, EV Charger Manufacturing, O&M Team/ Contactor to solve the problems/issues
• Track the record of the problems and solutions

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 1 – 3 years experience in maintenance
• Problem-solving
• Proficient in using social media, computer skills, and customer responsiveness
• Manage key stakeholders
• Adaptable and flexible
• Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
