Responsibilities:

• Responsible for GA and Office Infrastructure Tasks
• Procurement and Re stocking of Stationaries and others tools in the office
• IT Assets Management (Prepared Items, Record of Usage)
• Issuing Purchasing Order / Sourcing vendor
• Ensure all Office daily Operation runs smoothly
• Be able to solve problem and provide fast support when issues arise
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experiences with Administrative works 2-3 Years
• Hands-On Person 
• Can communicate in English and Thai well with all level of people
• Initiate and work well under tight deadline
• Must be able to work Individually and Team setting

WORKING CONDITIONS:
MON – FRI 8.30 -17.30
ONSITE ONLY
