Job Offer:
- Direct hiring, law benefits since day 1
- Schedules: morning, evening and night shifts (additional bonus)
- First 3 months base salary: $11,800mxn + Law Benefits
- After the 4th month base salary: $13,000mxn + Law Benefits + $2000 in bonus + Life Insurance + Major Medical Expenses Insurance

Roles:
- Answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
- Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
- Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.
Requirements:
- High School – Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- 6 months of experience in Customer Service / Contact Center / or related.
