DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
• Accommodate visitors and clients of the property
• Prepare meetings, appointments and special events for managers or supervisors
• Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
• Prepare and organize permits, government mandated documents and other records of the property
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
• Maintain office supply inventories
• Perform billing and collection duty as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business course or equivalent)
• Preferably with experience related to the job required
• Must have strong organizational and multi tasking skills
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• With pleasing personality and can deal with different kinds of clients
• Required Language(s): English, Filipino
• Must be willing to work in Cebu City
• Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday
