Work Location: Bangkok Airways Operations Complex (Samut Prakan)
Duties / Responsibilities
Implement the Quality Assurance Operations Year Plan and performing audit, organize, direct and control the assigned audit process using IQSMS and manual audit forms as necessary.
Ensure that all audit findings are tied to applicable regulations, standards or company requirements and supported by specific examples.
Advice the Manager – Operations Quality Assurance immediately of any critical safety issues identified during the physical audit.
Issue and Distribute the audit report within an agreed period of time.
Develop, encourage, promote and ensure implementation of QMS, SMS and SeMS culture within division.
Communicate information policies, strategies correctly and effectively to all employees in order to apply in practice.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree within minimum 3 years of experience in airline business (Experienced in flight operations / Flight dispatcher (FOO) is advantage.)
English Communication skills (TOEIC Score 650)
Able to travel upcountry or aboard.
