The responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Providing customer service support through inbound calls
• Handling problems to establish complaint resolutions, standards, and processes
•  

Your qualifications and experiences should be:

• Graduate of a four or five-year course / Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Candidates with six months experience as a Customer Service Officer in a Contact Center / Call Center have an advantage
• Has excellent communication skills

You must be willing to work onsite in San Juan (right across Greenhills Shopping Center) or Pasay (Double Dragon Building near MOA)
