The Role
Admin role to support business team on client account maintenance and documentation.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist business team on administrative tasks
- Assist in filing and documentation of client account-related documents
- Review and check documents for client account opening purpose
- Communicate with internal and external parties on business-related issues
Skills & Experience
- Diploma or above, preferably with work experience in an office setting
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Outstanding staff will have the chance of changing into a permanent employment
