Job Description of Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Admin Executive
Support the sales team and customers during the end-to-end sales process
Provide excellent support and customer-service
Resolve sales-related issues raised by customers in a timely manner which includes after-delivery matters following up to completion in a satisfactory customer service-level agreement to resolution
Facilitate internal and external coordination
Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents
Ensure completion of incoming shipment, loose or container, and work with warehouse team for unloading
Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in managing customers and high customer service, or proven work experience in a similar role
Meticulous and able to suggest solutions
Well-versed in Microsoft Excel or equivalent
Able to be a team player and feel at ease in communicating to customers
Proficiency in English and Chinese for communication to supplier
