QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree;
• Preferably a resident of Marikina City;
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office
• With experience on filing system;
• Knowledgeable on operating scanner, photocopier, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintaining company’s record with confidentiality;
• Storing files in alphabetical or numerical order;
• Checking the completeness of the file and making copies before distribution
