About the role

You’ll be a key part of servicing your local community, alongside your team to:

• Provide timely customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.
• Administrate inward goods including barcoding, ensuring accurate pricing, applying freight charges and arranging returns for credit.
• Maintain a seamless store experience by unloading product deliveries on-site and monitoring yard stock and product display levels.

• A team player with the right attitude. You’re approachable, with a helpful attitude and a willingness to lend a hand and ‘muck in’ when needed.
• A real people person. You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport with customers.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy at all times
• Previous experience working in an inwards goods environment
• Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
• Types of licence Forklift – F endorsed is ideal
