Job description
Gather, analyse and organize information and all documents related to compliance and sustainability. Prepare compliance & sustainability policies, procedures, processes; compliance & sustainability related presentations; and the development of compliance & sustainability training content. Assist in all matters related to the process of maintaining MSPO certification.
Your role
To assist Compliance Executive in all matters relating to compliance & sustainability which includes all documentation and implementations of compliance & sustainability.
Liaise with various departments to compile information and documents relating to compliance & sustainability and MSPO certification.
Develop and deliver compliance & sustainability training.
Participate in compliance meetings and follows up on action items.
Prepare and deliver reports (written and verbal)
Promote ethic based work culture
Come up with efficient compliance solutions.
Develop and execute a training and awareness strategy and implement compliance & sustainability training.
Perform and document the compliance planning process defining and prioritizing forthcoming all activities related to MSPO certification to sufficiently address regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Some travelling may be required.
Any additional ad hoc duties that may be required at the time.
Requirements
Must be willing to work in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Candidates ideally would be curious and interested to learn new things.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
No work experience required.
Preferably Entry Level.
