Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and carrt out an efficicent documentation and filling system
• Attend custmers request and enquiry.
• To assists in ad-hoc issues/duties that assigned from time to time.
• Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality and Environment policies
• Handling order by system, email, sales/marketing team, etc.
• To coordinate with warehouse and logistic department to ensure good deliver to customer promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Candida must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Hgher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is reqiured for this position.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, planner, logistic arrangement
• Preferably Junior Executive specalized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Motivated,passionate and good attitude.
• Experience in ISO 9001 will be advantaged.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality.
