SUMMARY:
Be a person who support agenda and administrative matters for CEO
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks.
Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
Assist in screening calls, email, and visitors.
Coordinates with other management and department manager in resolving day-to-day and operational problems
Prepare management reports with effective follow up and special projects or ad- hoc projects
Arrange domestic and international business traveling including accommodation for C-level executives and management as required
Prepare formal letter, documents, presentations or reports as assigned
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Organize and maintain the corporate and meeting documents
Other special job as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Very good command of English (speaking, writing and reading)
Proficient in computer and digital skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and other online/internet tools
Proactive person, full service mind, and good interpersonal skill and collaboration
Excellent in planning, organizing, and anticipating things to happen with contingency plan
Able to handle pressures and volatility situations, and also organize multiple tasks and shift priorities
Eager to learn new things in a fast-moving environment
Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree in any field.
