About the company:
This kiwi-owned household brand has been operating in NZ for many years providing delicious food to their customers.
Hours, Location and Duration:
- 40 hours per week
- 8am to 4.30pm OR 8.30am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays
- This role is based in Head Office in West Auckland
- Start immediately
- Contract for approx. 6 weeks+, until a permanent employee is found
- Potential for longer term employment
About the role:
- Order processing
- Keying orders accurately and quickly
- Dealing with sales enquiries
- Liaising with warehouse & logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Dealing with consumer feedback mainly in writing
- Updating product pricing
- Arranging PODs, copies of invoices, credit notes
- 90% of customer communication will be via email
- 10% will be phone-based
- Full training will be provided
- Dealing with credit requests
About you:
- You have office-based Customer Service experience
- You’ll be that person who goes the extra mile to keep your customer happy
- You’ll be available to start right away (please do not apply if you are currently in a role and required to give notice)
- You must be legally eligible to start work in NZ now (we are unable to assist with any immigration processes)
- You’ll have experience writing professional replies to customers
- You’ll be technically savvy
- You’ll ideally have experience with a CRM system
- You’ll have fast and accurate data entry skills
- You’ll have spot on attention to detail
- You’ll love a busy fast-paced role
