Day One Pte. Ltd. Is Looking For Online Customer Service at Toa Payoh Full Time

Salary: $2000 – $2500

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ requirements, enquiries and feedbacks

• Sales and promotion of wine to walk in customers

• Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide optimum assistance

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Ensure the shop environment is well-kept and maintained at all times

• Prepare wine orders for customers

• Conducts periodical retail stock take

• Involve at events and road shows when required

• Inform customers of special monthly promotions, marketing events and wine tasting sessions

• No relevant experience needed as On-Job-Training will be provided

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role preferred

• Interest in wine

• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

• Must be able to lift wine crates of at least 25Kg

• Must be familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word
