We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Project Coordinator to coordinate with internal team and externally with our customers and suppliers, as well as, manage our project documents and progress and drive our projects to success and support to deliver the best services and results to customers.
A project coordinator is expected to prepare solution proposal presentation based on customers’ requirements, cost estimation, as well as, request quotation for submission to customer, following up and confirm project orders. In addition, manage project document database and ensure that all documents are properly stored in the designated folders.
To ensure successful interview for this position, a project coordinator should have experience in managing complex projects, and have good coordination and document making/organization skills.
Job Responsibilities :
Monitor and update project progress by coordinating to get necessary information from engineers
Get project schedule from project engineers
Input project schedule to “Project Progress Monitor”
Confirm actual progress with engineer and input result to “Project Progress Monitor”
Monitor workload of each project engineers and report situation to manager periodically.
Control Project Document
Create project code and ensure that the code is correct and not duplicated.
Create each project folder with correct folder name standard in “Project Document” folder on SharePoint.
Gather and save project documents from project engineers in each phase.
Request quotation issuance and follow up project confirmation
Input quotation request in “Income monitor” based on information from IoT engineers
Re-check, crosscheck and ensure that quotation details, project code and other input information is correct.
Manage and Control purchases for project
Get project equipment list from project engineers
Request issue PR in “Expense monitor” based on supplier quotation from IoT engineers
Monitor delivery date of equipment and update the situation to equipment list
Receive equipment purchases from suppliers, store in the warehouse, record in equipment control list, and notify project engineers.
Control equipment inventory and make purchase request according to the project progress.
Document making support
Create presentation documents based on information from project engineers.
Get information from project engineers about meeting/visit and summarize meeting results and report in “Project Touchpoint”, our reporting channel.

Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering fields, candidate with excellence background from other fields may also be considered.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Have the skills and ability to communicate technical information in easy-to-understand manner.
Have basic knowledge of or willing to learn sales operation and interested in new technologies
Have knowledge in Networking System, Database, Software, IOT may be advantageous
Proficiency with office software tools – spreadsheet (excel), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.
