Role Objective:
To support the HR team including Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Activity, and other HR Projects per assigned.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all of the recruitment processes including the Job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering jobs.
Prepare job descriptions and candidate profiles which are required by managers.
Conduct onboarding of new joiners.
Handle both back office positions and mass recruitment for operations position within the timeline.
Create job posts via the job advertisement platforms. (able to use Canva)
Support the HR activities such as Staff outing, New year party, and other HR Projects.

Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field
· Understanding of human resources fundamentals, recruitment process
· Experience in HR Recruitment for 1-2 years would be a plus.
· Great communication skill, detail-oriented, active personality
· Good problem solving skill, adaptability, and work well under pressure
