Hiring: Customer Relationships Officer
Location: Kovan / Orchard Campus
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (Alternate Saturday)
Salary range: $2200 – 3000 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to parents/students enquiries/feedback via phone calls or face to face
- Administration of enrolment; including preparation of documentations
- Conduct orientation for new-join students
- Providing students/parents with details and information on course enquiries
- Operational duties of Customer Service department
- Coordinating activities including road shows, preview talks and exhibitions
- Other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Customer focused and proactive, able to communicate professionally and with confidence
- Resourceful team player with excellent interpersonal skills
