This is a part time role based in Hastings this busy contract admin role is set to join our fast growing construction team full of banter and fun so we are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to hit the ground running.
About the role
As our Contract Administrator you will be autonomous so you must be highly organised with plenty of initiative. This will be a busy and varied role and you will be tasked with ensuring administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service, provide quality administration and contract support services to team members.
Day to day you will be:
- Processing purchase orders and goods receipting, including open purchase order report review and SpeedScan processing
- Assisting in administrating the delivery of utility contract services to the client
- Collating and checking of daily job records for accurate job cost management
- Keying use of plant on a daily basis, filing of pre-start checks and log book information
- Open, monitor, and close contract/project work orders as required
- Ownership of eDJR’s to ensure correct time and plant usage is being achieved
- Assisting in administrating the delivery of utility contract services to the client
About you
You’re not afraid of hard work and being busy – which is great, because there will be plenty here for your to do. Keeping this top mind you will need to be extremely organised, methodical and accurate with everything you do. Your skill set will also include:
- Computer literate and experience of data entry and use of databases
- Oral and written fluency in the English language
- A natural and enthusiastic team player
- Proven time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Great communication and people skills
- A full drivers licence
