About the Role:
This is a key position to lead a team in a significant programme of work to upgrade New Zealand’s telecommunications network. The role requires delivery on all contractual obligations and responsibility for revenue generation and ensuring the projects performance meets all customer requirements, delivering on safety, optimizing resource use and the achievement of target results.
This is a fast-paced Project Management position ideally based in Auckland or Christchurch. You will be overseeing a range of projects focused on Outside Plant (OSP) upgrades which require proven project management and leadership experience. The role requires an understanding of Telecommunications networks, civil works and engaging with multiple contractors and stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
The role would benefit from someone with a high degree of commercial financial/business acumen and safety focus but most importantly a team player that can deliver on Downer and our Customer’s expectations.
