Requirement:

• Full time post available (Able to start immediately)
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Computer literate with Account & SQL Background will be a bonus
• SPM Graduate are welcomed to apply
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication and technical skills
• Able to excel and adapt under pressure and dynamic working environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to service personnel working on side on, Preparation of Quotation, Processing of order received,
• Procurement and invoicing
• Reconcile daily report against daily site arrangement schedule and orders
• Handle enquiries, schedule appointment and other clerical duties
• Support Sales and Business Development Activities
• Any other duties assigned by superiors
