EB Services Limited Is Looking For Finance Manager, Treasury Operation at Ngau Tau Kok Full Time

Lead and supervise a team to perform daily corporate treasury operations, including cash management, collections, global payments, and inter-group financing arrangements.

Coordinate directly and liaise with various Hong Kong and overseas departments to ensure all treasury payment services are provided to meet operation requirements in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Financial Controller
• Co-ordinate with local & overseas departments for releasing payments
• Process the inter-company/ product/ overseas payments via various bank online platforms
• Manage and monitor daily cash and funding requirements, ensure adequate funding for operating expenses
• Liaise with banks, online payment/collection gateways and other financial services providers for daily banking transactions & KYC enquires
• Supervise all aspects of bank account management including opening and closing of bank accounts, signing pattern updates and internet banking implementation for the Group to ensure electronic banking is operated in a secured manner
• Prepare regular treasury and financial analytic reports for management’s discussion and decision making
• Provide supervision and guidance to other members of the Section to ensure quality work deliverables
• Able to build good relationship with internal customers and external stakeholders
• Enhance workflow / processes to increase efficiency and to strengthen monitoring, able to drive & execute continuous process improvement
• Lead the development & enhancement of cash management systems, treasury management systems, online banking linkage with ERP systems, straight-through-payment process systems, online collection/payment gateway systems, to improve treasury operation processes & control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Over 10 years’ experience from multinational companies is preferred
• Experience in retail / e-commerce / direct selling industry experience is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Able to manage multiple items simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
• Demonstrates initiative in anticipating and solving issues; self-motivated and naturally inquisitive
• Good verbal / written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Strong PC skills, especially in Excel (e.g., Marco, VBA), Smart Sheet, database & etc
