EEST Energy Services (Thailand) Ltd. Is Looking For Logistics and Administrative Executive at Jatuchak Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Translate document and prepare documents for export shipments and for vendor registrations
• Check the export customs entry
• Keep record and track data base of import / export shipment.
• Tracking cost as shipment (import / export)
• Coordinate with Store Department and DMF function for keep tracking scarp and working with vendor to proceed
• Booking courier on system
• Support Mobilizations / Demobilizations oversea project and coordinate with Government Affairs Department and Store Department.
• Communicate & Coordinate with vendors or the 3rd parties.
• Checking import permit required and coordinate with Government Affairs Department to request permission.
• Prepare documents for internal / external audit
• Issue Purchase Order (PO) in SAP system
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or related field
• At least a year experience working in logistics and supply chain in related activities
• Understand supply chain and having logistics background knowledge is preferred.
• Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, Email and other software packages related in Logistics
• Having experience in Oil and Gas Industry would be advantage.
