About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Gas Regulator Technician to join our amazing Gas Maintenance team in Albany, Auckland.
Your key purpose will be to assist the operating, maintaining, and constructing of network metering and pressure control systems to ensure the safe, reliable and economic supply of gas to industrial, commercial and domestic customers. You will also:
- Assist with routine maintenance and inspection on network metering and pressure control systems.
- Assist with the construction and installation of network metering and pressure control systems.
- Assist the Gas Regulator Technician with repairing and testing all types of regulator and metering equipment.
- Help to promote pipeline safety initiatives and strategies.
- Provide quality customer service to customers and the public.
