Responsibilities include filing, data recording, payroll and handling of accounts payable/receivables.

• Write and distribute emails
• Assist in preparation of scheduled reports
• Maintain filing system as set by management
• Resolve administrative issues
• Follow up on overdue payment and prepare sales report
