Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited – ROHQ Is Looking For Junior E-Commerce Support Administrator (Temp Role) | Open to IT Fresh Graduates at Quezon City Full Time

The DCE OPS Talent Pool will have a detailed understanding of the administrative requirements of any of the following major technologies of Emerson.com – HCL Commerce Server, Coremedia or MS SQL / Oracle .This resource will often works directly with the Technical Shift Lead and business community translating solution design into configuration and maintaining the overall health and integrity of the Digital Engagement environment.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

 Provide support in maintaining any of the following technologies

• HCL Commerce Server,
• Coremedia Server and
• -MS SQL / Oracle databases.

It also includes:

• Monitoring of the Kubernetes Resources and other Server Services Reports.
• Monitoring of the automation tools (Quickbuild email and alerts)
• Monitoring of Azure DevOps processes
• Handling the low severity support and request tickets
• Maintaining the Knowledge Based Repository of the Engineering and Operations Team
• Assisting in server maintenance activities in the development environment which includes code deployment; patching activity and troubleshooting of issues.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or any other related technical field.
• Relevant work experience required.
• Knowledge in Coremedia System or other Content Management System is desired
• Fluent in the English language
• Knowledge in HCL Commerce System or other E-Commerce System is desired
• Knowledge in MS SQL and Oracle Database Systems is Desired
• Job Related Experience:
• Self-Directed /Self-motivated /Self Starter.
• At least a year of relevant work experience required.
• Experienced in managing Content Management System or any of the following Content Management System; Coremedia and HCLCommerce is required.
• Experienced in managing MS SQL and Oracle is desired.
• Experienced in trouble shooting and technical problem resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of various tools preferred.
• Red Hat Linux / Wndows Server focused on web server management / Apache / Solr
• DNS/WINS (Name Resolution)
• TCP?IP and other network considerations
• knowledgeable in Azure Cloud Platform
• Basic Firewall rules and proxy
• Performance Monitoring and capacity Planning
• Client troubleshooting and Support: IE, Firefox, Safari, and other standards
• HTML and client side scripting (Javascript, AJAX, DHTML, XSL, XSLT, XHTML)
• Knowledgeable in Powershell scripting and Bash scripting
• High Availability: Microsoft Cluster Services ; windows Network Load Balancing.
• Storage: Appliances, HBA’S, SNA’s Archive storage
• Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Should be knowledgeable in the concept of E-Commerce System and Content Management System.
