A rare opportunity has become available for a professional, friendly and extremely well presented person to join our team as a Spa Receptionist.
This is an enjoyable and diverse role which is suited to someone with outstanding communication and organisational skills who commits to going out of their way to ensure a high level of customer service.
The main functions of the role is the meeting and greeting of customers and to make reservations through our computerised system. You need to be highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple bookings whilst ensuring optimum levels of occupancy. You must be able to think on your feet, be able to adapt to changing circumstances and make sound decisions. You will not only be a great communicator with our guests but also with our team of Therapists who rely on you to ensure our bookings and day runs smoothly.
You will show accuracy in daily collection and balancing of takings and have a knowledge of general administration duties and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
A high level of sales skills is required as this encompasses not only sales of treatments to our customers but also the recommendation of gift, skin and body care products. The display of retail products for customer purchase will be your responsibility therefore an eye for detail and product placement to promote maximum sales is required. You must show a high level of pride in your surroundings as you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including reception and retail areas and relaxation and changing rooms for customer use.
