The GM Assistant role and responsibility are to provide secretarial, administrative and organizational activities for the benefit and smoothen work of the General Director, also requiring an appropriate level of discretion, confidentiality, supporting on business support and general data analysis and well understand and follow through the organization’s governance, policies, procedures and practices, and willing to share initiative or participate to the Company’s projects such as improvement of office facilities and management, safety and engagement activities.
