POSITION: Personal Assistant cum Business Admin INTRODUCTION: We are a Multimedia & Information Technology company based in Petaling Jaya and have been operating for over 10 years. Now available job opportunities where we are looking for those who can work as a personal assistant and business admin full time. WORK SCOPE:
- Personal assistant to the Managing Director of the company.
- Admin Works (Proper Filing, Quotation, Invoice, etc)
- Able to deal with customers (Face-to-Face, Phone, Online)
- Assist in sales and marketing activities.
- Actively browse the website for the purpose of tenders, quotations, and others.
ELIGIBILITY: Someone with an interesting character, positive/open-minded, and always striving to improve quality service from time to time. REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma (whether related field or not)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet
- Have experience in customer service (Online & Offline) *preferred
- Have experience in doing admin & PA work
BENEFITS:1. Full-time position with a training period of 3 months. (Practical Students are also encouraged to apply)2. The potential salary is RM1500 – RM2200 / month3.
