Job Description:

• Attends job fairs and local recruitment activity
• Screens and interviews applicants
• Schedules, conducts and/or evaluates results of pre-employment applications
• Ensures availability of an active manpower pool
• Prepares appointment contracts and monitors its approval
• Do orientation of outright and consignors employees
• Prepares required company and government mandated reports pertaining to recruitment, resignations and/or terminations
• Assists in timekeeping, training, compensation and benefits functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder of any business course
• Aggressive, keen to details and is organized
• Willing to work in SM City Cebu
