☑ Well Established 3PL Company 

☑ Working Hours: 5Days / 8.45am – 6pm

☑ Salary: $1800 – $2300

☑ Location: Taiseng (3 bus stop away from MRT)

☑ No exp are welcome, on job training provided

Job Scope:

• Handling incoming calls, Handle customer requests, Prepare Quotations, Handle project correspondences.
• Able to report customer complaints in a detailed manner, understanding of our system and products to be able to train, and communicate with customers
• Interact with clients to ensure all service requirements are met.
• Making detailed proper note of instances that may need improvement.
• Create reports for client satisfaction / dissatisfaction.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• GCE O Level or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Computer literacy with advanced level experience using Microsoft Office Excel
