Customer Relations Officer for Easy Buying

Easy Buying Tasks:
1. Provide assistance to customers on after-sales queries pertaining to exchanges & returns, IKEA Family account matter, spare parts, GST refund, e-appointment and any other inquiry
2. Provide assistance to customers for self collection at merchandise pick up
3.Provide assistance to customers at service desk for booking of delivery and assembly services and add on existing orders

Requirements:
1. Customer serviced mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills
2.Pleasant and engaging personality
3.Computer Literate
4.Able to multi task and work in a fast pace retail environment
5. Able to work well with children for Shopping Experience role
5.Physically fit to with stand retail hours and lifting of heavy merchandise

You must be able to commit to the duration of 6 months or more and one or two of the shifts below:

Part Timer 1: Sun (1030-1530) Wed (1030-1530) Sat (1030-1530)
Part Timer 2: Mon (1300-1800) Tues (1300-1800) Fri (1030-1530)
Part Timer 3: Tue (1030-1530) Thur (1300-1800) Fri (1400-1900)
Part Timer 4: Mon (1030-1530) Thur (1030-1530) Fri (1  )
Part Timer 5: Sun (1300-1800) Wed (1300-1800) Sat (1400-1900)
Part Timer 6: Mon (1  ) Tues (1  ) Thur (1  )
