Company culture is very important to us and we are looking for a Tenant Property Manager who will fit well into our work family. Someone who will celebrate the highs and knuckle down when needed. We believe in doing the best job possible every day and we will expect our new Tenant Property Manager to do the same.
We have structured our business to deliver a superior level of service to our clients. As the Tenant Property Manager, you will be working with the support of a Senior Property Manager. While you will both care for the property portfolio, your time will be focused on building relationships with the tenants.

- Attitude and Work Ethic. You work hard and you expect the same of your peers and your team.
- Negotiation Skills. You are a delicate diplomat and are a ‘closer’.
- Communication and Problem Solving. You understand the importance of adding value to a customer and providing proactive advice and guidance.
- Administration Skills. You make sure that every ‘t’ is crossed, and every ‘I’ is dotted, because you know the devil is in the detail.
