1. MIS – Software Application Support (“SAP”) Management
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure license for SAP is renewed on timely manner.
Perform regular monitoring and reviewing system logs, security logs, application logs and audit logs
Ensure the data is processed within turnaround time.
Assist in ad hoc tasks that assigned by Superior.
To assist in the successful migration of SAP B1 HANA in the Company.
Gather initial business requirement, prepare functional specification, Test scripts and coordination of system integration and user acceptance testing
Responsible for day-to-day interaction with users on the delivery of SAP Operations
Responsible in SAP system inquiries and incidents reporting within Company.
Ability to work with other divisions to optimize SAP and database system performance.
Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure SAP data security, privacy, and integrity.
Assist manager in ad hoc task.
2.MIS – IT Infrastructure Management
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and support the Company’s IT Infrastructure Management and liaise with end user when received inquiry.
Perform health check on quarterly basis to ensure IT infrastructure, network connection and equipment is well maintain and always available to support company operation.
Explore new IT Infrastructure to improve the current Company’s IT Infrastructure.
Communicate with supplier/vendor to enhance company IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operation in the Company.
IT Infrastructure documentations and policy are recorded, updated, and saved in share folder on regular basis.
Ensure all server, laptop and desktop are installed with legal and authorized software applications and ensure with valid licenses.
Ensure entire system is back-up in accordance with back-up policy and a copy of the bock-up disk are stored in the Company’s safe box.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Candidate with exposure in Application Software / Web Based Software (ERP, SAP) / Reporting Tools is welcome to apply for this position.
Candidate must be willing to learn new system.
Candidate must have minimum 1 year of working experience in IT field and fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
Higher level role is available for candidate with adequate working experience.
Fresh graduates with good result (CGPA 3.0 and above) are encouraged to apply for this position.
Hands-on experience in IT jobs and excellent in time management.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Team work, good communication and good interpersonal skill.
Able to work and communicate well with colleagues in different levels, including senior management.
