Jade Software is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic cross-functional delivery team and our Jade platform line of business. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with an experienced team working on a unique, complex and highly successful product.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your key focus in this role will be championing DevOps processes, practices and technology in our Jade Platform line of business. You will be setting up new development tools and infrastructure, to automate and improve development release processes. You will be helping to ensure systems are protected against information security threats.
Responsibilities will include:
- Software deployment and server administration
- Managing and monitoring our development, test and production environments, providing triage when issues arise
- Implementation of software pipelines, infrastructure-as-code templates and management tooling to help our engineers move faster with confidence
- Using knowledge of security controls to mitigate security threats
- Championing strong security practices
- Developing process efficiency
- Fostering strong working relationships with our Operations and Delivery team
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience in DevOps or Windows Server Administration/Infrastructure role
- A proven track record in a software development team environment using Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Significant experience in problem diagnosis and resolution
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work successfully with non-technical team members
