The Administrative Staff will handle the Administrative Department in executing overall administrative functions and oversee support of office personnel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize, supervise, manage and evaluate all assigned third parties such as but not limited to Administration
Manage, monitor and coordinate repairs and/or maintenance works for office equipment.
Update and monitor the asset tagging system in coordination with Audit Department.
Strictly implement proper housekeeping and oversee maintenance services.
Coordinate and properly document third party contracts and billings across all admin and facilities contractors including but not limited to housekeeping, reception, lease agreement, water services, etc.
Ensures compliance and monitoring of preventive maintenance schedule.
Oversee front desk operations.
Consolidate and coordinate shuttle services requirements.
Ensure that all shared office equipment, appliances and/or assets are working and in good condition.
Monitor and process billings regularly.
Coordinates environmental/ pest control schedules and requirements
Coordinates repair requests, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, pantry and other office/ housekeeping requirements
Secures gate pass approval.
Manage compliance to company security guidelines and procedure.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
