Be part of exciting growth and innovation within Consentium, the Kāinga Ora Building Consent Authority (BCA) which provides consenting services exclusively to Kāinga Ora. The team takes great pride in receiving the Innovator of the Year Award at the Building Officials Institute of NZ [link removed]Excellence Awards.
With overall responsibility of two inspection teams, you will promote consistency and quality of inspections across our Building Consent Authority.
This role will ensure the successful management of inspections work through allocation and forecasting, whilst providing effective coaching, training and mentoring to inspections staff.
