• Use proper telephone etiquette while keeping track of messages. 
• Represent the resort to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. 
• Assist in guest registration, allocate rooms and accommodates special requests whenever possible. 
• Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit and payment handling policies and procedures. 
• Liaise with housekeeping team and verifies accurate room status and communicate 
• Provide detail information to guests about the property and the available activities. 
• Promptly address guest problems efficiently and courteously. 
• Recognizes the available room types and room rates.  
• Efficiently process guest check outs. 

Preference shall be given to candidates living in nearby areas.
