Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in basic Computer skills.
• Must be amenable to work on weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Has strong work ethics, ability to think independently and follow through effectively.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Makati
