Job Responsibilities

1. Perform receptionist duties and upkeep the tidiness of the reception and waiting area
2. Greet and attend visitors, administer registration according to government compliance
3. Handle phone calls and email enquiry
4. Attend to all incoming and outgoing mails including daily collection and distribution
5. Arrange & liaise with the local and overseas couriers
6. Prepare monthly courier and stationery expense report
7. Manage the usage of booking for conference room and meeting rooms and ensure the cleanliness
8. Print the barcode, price tags & count hologram for as per request
9. Monitor and order office equipment and pantry’s supply
10. Conduct the office maintenance and ensure the record is updated
11. Support of travel arrangement include air ticket booking, hotel reservation and visa application whenever required
12. Manage the uniform’s request and update the record
13. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
