We are looking for an outstanding and energetic Customer Support Specialist who will be a part of our international team!

Job description and responsibilities:

• By using our online ordering system and marketing solutions, you will assist the client in understanding how the system works and guiding them to become successful restaurants. 
• Ensure that the project procedures are followed and that the system is available and ready for new customers. 
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients to prevent them from turning to competitors
• Monitoring the systems to ensure customers are untroubled and satisfied with the service we offer 
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests

Job requirements: 

• Fluent to communicate in Thai and English, both verbally and in writing. 
• Handling customer inquiries and setting priorities
• Quick learner with good knowledge of technology 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• A problem-solver, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Diploma of High Vocational Education
• Welcome fresh graduates

Salary: 18-23k per month depending on ability and experience.
