Job Description

• 5-days work week
• Training will be provided
• Salary increment benefit after probation period and performance review.
• Basic salary + monthly KPI allowance based on your performance

Responsibilities:

• Provides support to operation administrator on operational issues.
• Export the required information from the CRM system and enter it into an Excel spreadsheet and organize it into usable format.
• Operate CRM system.

Criteria:

• Good working attitude and strong learning ability.
• Work carefully and have a sense of responsibility.
• Curious, good at thinking, like to solve problems in innovative ways.
• Strong subjective initiative and flexible ability to deal with complex problems.
• Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
• Candidate that proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel) will be given preference.
