To provide good and prompt customer service to all front office enquiries and guests/visitors.
To answer and handle phone calls professionally and tactfully and transfer calls to the appropriate staff.
To provide administrative support.
To manage enquiries and registration of courses /activities / programmes / talks / workshops / events, etc.
To monitor the progress of the courses /activities / programmes / talks / workshops / events, etc.
To assist in the promotion of the courses /activities / programmes / talks / workshops / events, etc.
Other duties assigned by the Institute from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent. However, fresh graduates may also apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in education industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software like Word and Excel is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
Must be courteous with pleasant and good telephone etiquette.
Able to work in a team and requires minimum supervision.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Applicants must be willing to work during weekends.
