Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
Primary responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
Greet and receive visitor.
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
Coordinates office management activities.
Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Manage travel and schedule of Executives. Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
Coordinate committees and task forces.
Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
Receive and relay telephone messages.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
Can work under pressure and able to multi task, results-oriented and with initiative
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
