Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general secretarial duties, includes administration and front counter duties
• Assist in preparation and management of project administration documents, includes control of departmental
policies and procedures
• Assist to answer general queries & feedbacks from public and other Stakeholders
• Assist general account receivable using Qirom/Quickbook
• Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and other related duties when required
Requirements:
• Possess tertiary education with at least 3 years of relevant working in Public or Mosque sector with corporate
services position
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
• Flexible and multi-tasking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess high level of initiative and
integrity
• Able to work a minimum of 16-20 hours per week
• Able to perform duty on weekends & public holidays
