Set up and renew New & Existing clients benefits in core system.
Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively
Track and monitor new business and policy renewal to ensure information is received in a timely manner and working closely with Insurers & colleagues from Commercial.
Provide excellent customer service to Clients, and act as the main contact person for their business correspondences and enquiries
Ensure service level commitments are met.
Participate in process improvement projects & enhancements for Operations which includes User Acceptance Testing.
Attend to email enquiries promptly.
Handle any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Diploma qualification or above
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
