Responsibilities
Responsible to execute/support Logistic tasks within stated guidelines and policies
Responsible in coordinating/supporting relevant parties to resolve shipment related issues
To verify/support shipment costs and ensures correctness of cost received from forwarding agents
Responsible to ensure/support orders delivered in a timely manner and improve customer satisfaction
Supports all process improvements related to Logistics Area
Practice diligence to safeguard the company’s assets and cash-flow
Adhoc admin tasks
Good knowledge in IncoTerms
Requirements
Fluent spoken and written English and preferably language of respective location and customer
SAP Knowledge is preferable
Hands on experience in handling big containers as well as handling dangerous goods.
Good experience in temporary import export methods.
Incoterms, MS Office (mandatory)
Administrative and Organizational skills
Forwarding and Logistics knowledge
Logistics handling experience/exposure at least 2 year
