Job Summary
This position is responsible for the interpretation of the desired outcome into a detailed plan that can be implemented by a project team. Tracking and summary status of new project preparation.
Job Description
■ Coordinate and control all work on the project, ensure that objectives are met
■ Ensure all established safety, quality, delivery, and cost commitments are met. All assigned members are aware of and comply with company policies, laws, and regulations.
■ Provide centralized planning and scheduling on many projects.
■ Determine project objectives, outline project requirements, and assign tasks to the team.
■ Routine analysis, evaluate and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule
■ Assessment impacts of design or construction change to the schedule
■ Budget and Cost management, interfacing with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance department.
■ Site visit to verify progress and identify any potential and critical issues.
■ Report progress, Cost status, and Forecast update to Top management.
Job Specification
■ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
■ At least 6 years of experience as a production engineering, project engineer, or project cross-functional.
■ Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
■ Skill and knowledge of Project management, Quality, Budget, and Delivery control.
■ Skill and knowledge Project feasibility and financial.
■ Skill and knowledge for Process line design, Machine and Equipment install, (M/E work).
■ Understand Tools for Project management.
■ Effective communication skills.
■ Computer literacy especially in MS Office and Outlook.
■ Able to work shift and flexible working hour
■ Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks
■ Able to work shift and flexible working hour
■ Having management skills, organizing, and controlling abilities.
■ Previous experience as a buyer in the automotive business will be an advantage.
