Responsible for administrative and accounting work

Responsible for filing and maintenance
Preparing purchase request, purchase order, invoice, certificate of payment, payment voucher, SOA, credit note, official receipt, cheque, petty cash, monthly billing for the water bill, and utilities.
Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and taking messages
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Other ad hoc task assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
At least 1 year working experience in basic admin & accounting works
Team player and able to work independently
Basic knowledge with SQL Accounting System
Basic with Excel & Microsoft Word
Candidate must possess at least STPM A level /LCCI/Diploma/Pre-U in Business Studies / Administration /Management of equivalent.
